Erfolgreiches Webinar als internationales Inhouse-Training: english and worldwide

Ausgehend von einem Inhouse-Training bei einem international tätigen Unternehmen wurde PTS gebeten, ein Webinar zum Thema‚ Basic GDP / GMP principles in englischer Sprache durchzuführen. Geschult werden sollten ca. 50 Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens in verschiedensten Regionen der Welt. Das Training wurde in zwei Gruppen zu je 25 Personen durchgeführt und dauerte jeweils zwei Stunden. Die Teilnehmer hatten sowohl den Referenten als auch die Präsentation auf ihrem PC vor Augen.

Auf der Basis des erfolgreich durchgeführten Basistrainings sollte im Anschluss eine firmeninterne SOP weltweit geschult und mit einigen Grundlagen hinterlegt werden. Dieses Webinar wurde ebenfalls in 2 Gruppen durchgeführt.

Ein anschließendes Quiz diente als Erfolgskontrolle. Alle Teilnehmer, die das Quiz erfolgreich absolviert hatten, bekamen abschließend ein entsprechendes Zertifikat zugesandt. Somit konnte eine große Anzahl von Mitarbeitern in den verschiedenen Regionen der Welt unkompliziert und ohne Reiseaufwand erfolgreich geschult werden.

Successful Webinar used as International Inhouse-Training in english
Starting with an Inhouse-Training in company with international business PTS was asked to prepare a webinar ‘Basic GDP / GMP principles’ in English language. It was planned to train approximately 50 people in different countries of the world. The training was realized in 2 groups with about 25 people each and took about 2 hours each time. The participants were able to follow the presentation and see the speaker on their PC. On the basis of the successful realization of the general training it was planned to train a company internal SOP and explain some basics around this SOP. This webinar also was performed in 2 groups.

Finally, a quiz was used to evaluate the success. Every participant who completed the test successfully received a certificate for the successful training.
By using the webinar, a huge number of people in different areas of the world could be trained uncomplicated and without any travels successfully.
